ABA owns and manages its own airline and was the first UK airline to write its operations manuals in conformity with JAR-OPS-1 and has subsequently moved to EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) compliance under EU-OPS and CAT-POL-A. ABA has been instrumental in gaining regulatory approval for other operations around the world. ABA also manages USA registered aircraft and is familiar with the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and the Code of Federal Regulations. Thus ABA is able to advise airlines on regulatory compliance virtually anywhere in the world.
